Helpful Techniques and Reading
I feel very blessed that there were so many wonderful techniques, workshops, books and practitioners very knowledgable in their areas already on the planet when my spiritual healing process began in earnest. Here are just some.
Notes: These are some of the techniques and books that I found very helpful in my process and find myself referring to other people. I have highlighted some of the sections that seemed key to my understanding.
Do not think that I have all of this memorized or even understand all of this but just trust that you will be guided to the techniques, information and/or other books from which you will benefit. These will help you understand the complexity with which we and our environment are created but the beauty of the system is that the critical part is our willingness to connect with the divine and take our own hearts to a place of unconditional love for all beings.
What we will bring you are the most user-friendly tools and techniques that we know to do this. Access Energy Transformation and Spiritual Response Therapy will address even more types of programming than I am referring to here.
These books are ones that are helpful to learning more about your own personal selections. Also know that the founders and authors of these techniques and books as well as myself and everyone else are here working on our own programming and filters of our view of the world.
Remember that in all of this programming we keep what is beneficial to us as a being of consciousness and let go of what no longer serves us.

Helpful Reading
The Power of Unconditional Love by Ken Keyes, Jr.: One of the first books to which I was guided. Helpful in understanding how our programming interacts with other peoples' programming in our relationships. Smaller book, easy to read, important background because we will take this unconditional love concept even further.

The Dark Side of the Light Chasers by Debbie Ford: Integration of the dark sides of our personality finding that even what we perceive as our negative qualities have positive hidden strengths. Smaller book, easy to read, good background because we will take this integration of our dark sides concept even further.

Wheels of Light by Rosalyn L. Bruyere: Book about chakras, auras and the healing energy of the body. Pages 42,43, and 56 helped me to tie the chakras to religions as I explained. Interesting reading, very readable but a little more complex. Author is engineer by training.

Hands of Light by Barbara Ann Brennan: Healing through the Human Energy Field. Chapter 13 discusses the timing of trauma and how it affects the development of the personality and manifests into the body type. Interesting reading, very readable but a little more complex. Author was a trained as a physicist with NASA.

Reference Books
Healing with the Angels by Doreen Virtue: How angels interact in your daily life. Chapter 12 describes number sequences the angels and ascended masters (beings) use to communicate with us.

Animal Speak and Animal-Wise by Ted Andrews: Two wonderful books on the animals and what they are here to mirror back to us and help with our healing. For example, dogs are about unconditional love, faithfulness, and how we have protected ourselves. Cats are about the magic and the mystery of the universe. Dolphins mirror the power of breath and sound. As we release trauma, we increase our ability to take full deep breaths which contributes to our being able to reach deeper levels of consciousness. Sound shows us the importance of frequency in our communication. This is why we use words and verbal processes in Access to clear layers of blocks and trauma. These books go even to the insect level to teach us that everything is consciousness.

The Hidden Truth of Your Name by The Nomenology Project: This is about first names and what programming you have chosen with your name.

Eat Right for Your Blood Type Peter J. D'Adamo: This book is primarily about adjusting your diet to foods that are most beneficial for you blood type. Each section for each blood type (O, A, B, and AB) includes a page or two on the personality programming that comes with each blood type. Very helpful in your healing process.

Messages From The Body Their Psychological Meaning by Michael J. Lincoln, PH.D. : This is a wealth of information about the emotional root causes of physical illness, pain and manifestations of the physical body. The author has written this book in a aggressive format that aides you in releasing the suppressed emotions even upon reading the emotional themes behind each illness.

Zodiac Reference Books
The Polarity Process by Franklyn Sills: This is a book about the study of polarity as a healing art and references to Dr. Randolph Stone's work. Pages 55-78 address the four energy patterns: Fire(Self-Anger), Earth (Fear), Air(Push and Pull Desire), Water (Attachment). These are the big picture zodiac programming we are working on. Remember underneath all of it is basically fear and disconnection and separation from God and as we heal this we help to bring energetically forward thousands and thousands of other people who came with the same programming.

The Little Soul and the Sun by Neale Donald Walsch: A children's parable adapted from Conversations with God about a little soul who knew that it was light but wished to experience forgiveness. The little soul learned that God created the Earth so that the little soul could experience the opposite of light to experience forgiveness and better experience whom the little soul really is as light.
